Stumbling out of the blocks...

Here's the initial post in what I hope will be a fairly frequently updated blog. Topic most often will include politics, religion/philosophy and music (mostly politics & music). Topics less often will include movies (Kung Fu & otherwise), science, maybe some BBQ... It's an interesting time to be an American and an equally interesting time to be a liberal in Texas.

Of course, you don't call yourself TexasDan and name your blog "the Stumble" without kicking things off with the late, GREAT Texas Cannonball...Freddie King!
